You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Mission Modules Program Office (PMS 420) (ACAT I) of PEO UNMANNED AND SMALL COMBATANTS.
Duties
You will supervise, manage, and assist with the planning, implementation and execution of all PMS 420 Contracts.
You will supervise all Contract Officer Representatives (CORs) within the PMS 420 contracts portfolio.
You will coordinate the buildup of tasking for execution across all current PMS 420 contracts.
You will work with outside stakeholders (e.g. NAVSEA Contracts) forecasting and managing contract workload and resource loading across the PMS 420 portfolio of contracts.
You will explore alternative contracting strategies to include, Small Business and Other Transactional Authority partnerships to include organizations such as Defense Innovation Unit.
You will serve as an advisor using a high-level of discernment and judgment to address a wide variety of interrelated subject matter, including financial, contractual, programmatic, or other program office focus areas.
You will attend high level meetings as an authoritative representative of PMS 420 acquisition programs.
You will provide a wide variety of substantive oral and written presentations and reports to ensure stakeholders are kept abreast of actions, studies and projects being carried out by DON and DoD elements that affect platforms or systems.
You will develop and implement overall program requirements based on new or revised legislation.
You will analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of program requirements throughout the lifecycle.
You will make determinations on resources to accomplish program objectives and apply technical expertise to various levels of operations, advising on the distribution of work and priorities of efforts.
You will develop and implement improvement and efficiency strategies for programming, budgeting and procurement based on findings from key program specialists and analysts, leading the efforts for these studies and analysis.
You will identify and facilitate potential solutions and evaluates technical, cost, and schedule implications of each viable solution.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 pay band (GS-13 equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Overseeing, analyzing, coordinating, or strategizing on a production program to plan, execute, or manage contracts for the sustainment or improvement of ships or surface vessels.
