You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST (TEAM LEAD) in the WATERFRONT LOGISTICS DIVISION, MODERNIZATION & INSTALLATION DEPARTMENT of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER, located in Port Hueneme, CA.
Duties
You will provide expert level logistics services related to life-cycle logistics, such as logistics outfitting, new construction, integration and test, modernization supportability, and other events.
You will lead personnel in providing roles and responsibilities associated with Logistics Representative competency and Waterfront Logistics operations.
You will lead teams to resolve programmatic, technical, and logistics issues.
You will ensure that Combat Systems and their elements are successfully supported on Surface Combatants and other ships/sites as applicable during availability and modernization events.
You will provide timely feedback to PHD Management, Program Sponsors, and various event stakeholders regarding Integrated Product Support elements.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) services to lead personnel and resolve logistics issues for modernization and installation projects associated with ship combat systems.
