You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT ASSISTANT in the BUSINESS AND ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT DIVISION of NAVAL POSTGRADUATE SCHOOL.
Duties
You will coordinate office procedures in accordance with guidelines and policies to ensure consistency by all staff members.
You will answer administrative related questions to assist staff.
You will create itinerary and travel arrangements in accordance with travel requirements.
You will perform administrative duties such as composing correspondence to support staff.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-6 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Performing and prioritizing administrative functions to meet organizational deadlines such as timekeeping/payroll duties; assisting employees with Travel and travel support functions; maintaining and creating a calendar of events for department operations; and utilizing office automation software (e.g., Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) to provide administrative support duties.
