You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst, Support and Integration Division, Public Works Department Crane, of Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Mid-Atlantic.

Duties

You will determine manpower needs or material requirements based on projected maintenance work. You will analyze scheduling data to determine necessary corrective actions that will improve maintenance schedule performance. You will audit completed maintenance work to resolve discrepancies. You will inspect work in progress and upon completion for efficiency, economy, and safety of operations.

Requirements

• You will be required to wear personal protective equipment such as helmets, gloves, coveralls, glasses, goggles, respirators and safety shoes continuously for the duration of the work shift.
• This position may require occasional travel from normal duty station. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft.
• You may at any time be assigned to a similar position at any site or workstation within the NAVFAC MIDLANT serviced area.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Determining manpower needs or material requirements based on projected maintenance work; 2) Analyzing scheduling data to determine necessary corrective actions that will improve maintenance schedule performance; 3) Auditing completed maintenance work to resolve discrepancies; 4) Inspecting work in progress and upon completion for efficiency, economy, and safety of operations. Education

In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:

Successful completion of a master's or equivalent graduate degree

OR

Successful completion of two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree

OR
