About the Position: Located at III CORPS SENIOR CDR AUG, Fort Cavazos, Texas.
Duties
Plans, develops, directs, and administers a comprehensive Civilian and Military HR management program within the III Armored Corps.
Directs the daily operations of the G1 program with significant resources. Assigns work to subordinates based on priorities, difficulty of assignments, and the capabilities of employees.
Exercises personnel management responsibilities for the G-1 staff. Through a subordinate staff, provides expert technical oversight, assigns, directs, and evaluates the work of the organization.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Secret Security Clarance .
- A one year probation to assess your ability to perform supervisory duties is required unless previously completed.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which Includes experience in providing expert technical advice and guidance regarding a wide variety of Civilian and Military Human Resources management regulations, policies and procedures, and programs that include Civilian Human Resource Management, Military Strength Management; personnel readiness; overseas assignments, strength accounting, replacement operations; awards; evaluations; separations; personnel actions; essential personnel service, mobilization plans/exercises. Interpret, develop, implement, and administer a wide variety of Civilian and Military personnel programs; Oversee the execution and implementation of policy and regulatory guidance on Civilian Human Resources and Military HR services and programs.
