Duties

Provides civilian personnel and recruitment services to senior-level management. Serves as one of the principal system administrators and primary workforce trainers for one or more of the organizations performance management systems. Apply written and oral communication techniques sufficient to deliver briefings, project papers, status/staff reports, supervisory training, present facts, recommendations, instructions, etc. Utilizes the internal automated personnel manning and management system, to obtain personnel data and standardized data management capabilities to present real time HR data.

Requirements

• This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.
• This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 25% of the time.
