Duties
Provides civilian personnel and recruitment services to senior-level management.
Serves as one of the principal system administrators and primary workforce trainers for one or more of the organizations performance management systems.
Apply written and oral communication techniques sufficient to deliver briefings, project papers, status/staff reports, supervisory training, present facts,
recommendations, instructions, etc.
Utilizes the internal automated personnel manning and management system, to obtain personnel data and standardized data management capabilities to present real time HR data.
Requirements
- This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.
- This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 25% of the time.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes:1)Apply Human Resource Management (HRM) practices to create solutions to a broad range of human resource challenges; AND 2) Utilize a variety of automated HR systems; AND 3) Support the development and implementation of human resources policies and measures for effectiveness; AND 4) Perform performance management in areas such as appraisals. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower level/grade position in the federal service (NH-02/GS-11)
