Qualifications

Current Federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the next lower grade or equivalent grade band in the Federal service. The time-in-grade and qualification requirements must be met within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement. To qualify for this position at the GS-13 level, you must possess one full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-12 level in the Federal government, which has equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. Experience may be obtained in the Federal or Private Sector and must demonstrate all of the following: Analyzing programs for adherence to laws, policies, and methods related to Civil Rights, diversity, equity, accessibility, or inclusion. Serving on a team responsible for designing and implementing projects that identifies, clarifies, or make recommendations concerning changes in public policy to ensure equitable outcomes. Assessing, analyzing or evaluating the potential impacts of changes in regulations, legal requirements or policies related to civil rights, equity, diversity, inclusion or accessibility. To qualify for this position at the GS-14 level, you must possess one full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 level in the Federal government, which has equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. Experience may be obtained in the Federal or Private Sector and must demonstrate all of the following: Leading teams responsible for analyzing programs for adherence to laws, policies, and methods related to Civil Rights, diversity, equity, accessibility, or inclusion. Serving as project lead designing and implementing projects that identity identifies, clarify, or make recommendations concerning changes in public policy. Advising leadership on regulations or policies related to civil rights, equity, diversity inclusion or accessibility.
