The incumbent is responsible for serving as a technical advisor, analyst, and liaison for the CSSBMB subcommittees. The subcommittees are tasked with addressing the following topics: Health Care, Housing, Criminal and Juvenile Justice, Labor & Employment and Education. These positions will be filled at the GS-11 or GS-12 level. The selectee may be noncompetitively promoted to the next higher grade, up to the full performance level of GS-13.

Qualifications
Grade 11:Qualifying experience for the GS-11 level includes one year of specialized experience atleast equivalent to GS-9 which is in or directly related to the line of work of the position tobe filled and which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, andabilities to successfully perform the duties of the position.Specialized experience is work where you demonstrated comprehensive knowledge, skill,and experience conducting research concerned with the political, social and economicfactors influencing the disparities in education, criminal and juvenile justice, housing andhealthcare, labor and employment, fatherhood, mentorship and analysis of these factorsand influences which may lead to discrimination in these areas.SUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION FOR EXPERIENCE: Experience requirements at theGS-11 level may be met by three (3) full academic years of graduate level education, orthe successful completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or the successfulcompletion of an LL.M. degree.COMBINATION OF EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Equivalent combinations ofsuccessfully completed education and experience may be used to meet the experiencerequirements.Grade 12:Qualifying experience for the GS-12 level includes one year of specialized experience atleast equivalent to the GS-11 level which is in or directly related to the line of work of theposition to be filled and which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge,skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position.Specialized experience is work where you demonstrated comprehensive knowledge, skill,and experience conducting and overseeing research concerned with the political, socialand economic factors influencing the disparities in education, criminal and juvenile justice,housing and healthcare, labor and employment, fatherhood, mentorship and analysis ofthese factors and influences which may lead to discrimination in these areas.
