About the Position: Incumbent serves as the Fort Walker Current Operations Manager with the Directorate of Plans, Training, Mobilization & Security (DPTMS) at Fort Walker, VA. Locality Pay Area of Washington-Baltimore-Arlington, DC-MD-VA-WV-PA 33.26% effective January 2024.

Duties

Provides management, direction, and oversight of the Current Operations Branch. Provides input on policies and procedures concerning assigned technical and administrative duties. Assists in developing policies concerning the establishment and improvement of assigned duties and ensures compliance with goals and standards established for Range Operations. Serves as the Quality Control Manager for Range Operations. Advises the Range Management Authority on branch budget status, cost estimates, funding status, Table of Distribution and Allowances (TDA) changes, and manpower staffing requirements for the Range Branch.
