You will serve as an Equal Employment Specialist in the IMMEDIATE OFC OF CHIEF OF NVL OPS.
Duties
You will review formal discrimination complaints and makes recommendations on potential solutions.
You will serve as an EEO counselor.
You will confer with all levels of employees and with top management to resolve complaints of discrimination at the lowest possible level.
You will utilize a variety of ADR techniques (i.e., mediation, facilitation, negotiation, etc.) to resolve all matter of disputes affecting the Navy mission.
You will provide management advisory service, assisting supervisors in identifying positions in assigning duties and in developing basic training plans.
You will serve as the Special Emphasis Program advisor to the Director EEO.
You will assist in the development of Affirmative Action Plans
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes duties related to the following:
Developing and providing training for Supervisory Development in all areas of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).
Designing and teaching training packages to support EEO and ADR objectives.
Managing programs and organizing , problem solving and motivating others.
Writing communications to make presentations and negotiate settlements to implement ADR programs and write complex documents and reports in all areas of EEO and ADR
