This position is located in the Alexandria, VA, Executive Office for Immigration Review, U. S. Department of Justice. Incumbent serves as a Supervisory IT Specialist (INFOSEC). This is a Competitive Service position; additional positions may be filled from this announcement within 90 days of certificate issuance.

Duties

Duties include but are not limited to the following: Leads and manages a team of IT Product Management/business analysts to ensure the integration of all systems components-procedures, databases, policies, software, and hardware. Collaborates with business leaders to understand organizational goals and objectives. Acts as a liaison between business units and IT teams. Coordinates with cybersecurity teams to integrate security measures into IT solutions. Establishes key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the performance of IT solutions.

Qualifications

In order to qualify for the SUPERVISORY INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST (INFOSEC) position, you must meet the following minimum qualifications: FOR THE GS-14 LEVEL: Specialized Experience: Applicants must have at least one or more full-time years (12-months) of specialized work experience, equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service, performing the following duties: Managing system development life cycle SDLC and Agile. Managing team efforts in providing IT project support services. Leading and managing a team of IT Product Management/business analysts. Developing project plans. Providing technical and managerial support to multiple groups and teams of employees. The ideal candidate will hold an Agile SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) Certification. This is not required but preferred by the agency. (Your resume must CLEARLY demonstrate this experience.) Note, if your qualifying experience is from federal employment, please provide your SF-50 showing the highest grade level held in the federal service.
