You will serve as an INTEGRATED AIR AND MISSILE DEFENSE (IAMD) PLANNER in the JOINT INNOVATION AND EXPERIMENTATION DIVISION of HEADQUARTERS US INDO-PACIFIC COMMAND.
Duties
You will be responsible for providing expertise in the planning of full spectrum operations, manned and unmanned operations, kinetic and non-kinetic attacks, and special munition considerations.
You will support a team compromised of all-domain subject matter experts from across the Joint Force in the planning of integrated Joint Fires plans supporting command operations.
You will coordinate with subordinate joint forces, sub-unified commands, service components, and functional components to ensure contingency and crisis plans provide flexible Joint fires operations throughout the area of responsibility.
You will develop integrated Joint fires response options for the National Command Authority during crisis action planning.
You will provide expertise on Joint Campaign, Contingency, and Crisis Action Planning processes and procedures in order to develop new policies.

- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.

- This position is considered Key/Emergency-Essential. You will be required to provide immediate and continuing support to ensure the success of combat operations or the availability of combat-essential systems.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Creating policy and guidance on integrated joint all-domain fires and associated intelligence support to targeting and assessment of desired effects; 2) Supporting theater integrated fires joint planning to include attack coordination, fires deconfliction, and command guidance for fire execution; and 3) Providing technical advice and administrative guidance regarding fire and theater policies, procedures, and problem resolution.
