You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the Protection Support Operations Division of COMMANDER NAVY REGION HAWAII.

Duties

You will adapt new business methods to develop expanded program and policies for continuous program improvement. You will create forecasting models to analyze future program requirements. You will adjust workload and tasks among staff to facilitate accomplishment of tasks within required timeframes. You will conduct studies to identify and resolve problems affecting program requirements. You will propose initiatives to improve an organization's effectiveness or efficiency in meeting tasking requirements.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing accurate and cost effective budget plans to support current and future financial operations; 2) Providing on-going review and financial/budget analysis to the Program Manager to ensure completion of mission requirements; 3) Advising the Program Manager in establishing and maintaining sound organizational structures, improving management methods and procedures, assuring the effective and efficient use of manpower; 4) Formulating and recommending new or modified program administrative policies, procedures, and regulations; 5) Developing and evaluating subordinate employees' performance standards; 6) Effecting minor disciplinary measures and recommending action in more serious cases.
