Duties
Conduct assignment and termination of all buildings/facilities.
Input data from Army Installation Status Reports (ISR) inspections into an automated system.
Inspect buildings for correct building number, damage to the interior and exterior, and building use.
Identify underutilized assets to the Real Property Accountable Officer.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Required to have a Tier 1 NACI background throughout this appointment.

Specialized Experience: Have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-06 grade level in the Federal service which includes enter data into automated systems; maintaining records/files; and participating in visual inspections identifying deficiencies of buildings/facilities.
Education: Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
