You will serve as an INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN in the Business Development Division, Centralized Coordination Department, of FLTREADCEN EAST.
Duties
You will serve as a senior industrial engineering technician and program coordinator, managing the aircraft, engine, support equipment, and related component programs.
You will serve as the single point of contact and liaison both internally and externally for component Depot Repair Point assignment, capability, certification and workload transition.
You will direct and coordinate the Quarterly Family Tape (QFT) update.
You will organize and gather data for special studies and projects assigned to the division.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
FOR THE GS-12 LEVEL
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: ;1) Evaluating a wide range of present and potential production methods, systems, facilities, tools, programs, and practices in line with the NAVAVNEDOT industry; 2) Conducting comprehensive studies, involving scheduling, coordination and integration of several phases; 3) Working industrial technical knowledge of production operations, methods, procedures, and skill requirements applicable to aircraft, engine, support equipment, and related component repair; 4) Providing depot capability development for aircraft, engine, support equipment, and related components; 5) Identifying requirements for industrial engineering studies to evaluate existing and proposed production and operational methods and sequence of work operations.
FOR THE GS-11 LEVEL
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Evaluating a wide range of present and potential production methods, systems, facilities, tools, programs, and practices in line with the NAVAVNEDOT industry; 2) Assisting with conducting comprehensive studies, involving scheduling, coordination and integration of several phases; 3) Working industrial technical knowledge of production operations, methods, procedures, and skill requirements applicable to aircraft, engine, support equipment, and related component repair; 4) Assisting in identifying requirements for industrial engineering studies to evaluate existing and proposed production and operational methods and sequence of work operations.
