You will serve as a Lead Industrial Engineering Technician in the MRO Logistics, and Industrial Logistics Division of FLTREADCEN EAST.
Duties
You will conduct a detailed examination of work in process to analyze work effectiveness.
You will present information based on results of historical labor standard reviews.
You will develop metrics systems that integrate organizational goals into measurable performance.
You will correlate gathered information, develop and prepare graphs, charts, comprehensive reports (e.g., oral, written, periodic) on the studies performed.
You will collaborate with others to identify engineering and technical discrepancies and issue.

- You will be required to wear personal protective equipment such as helmets, gloves, coveralls, glasses, goggles, respirators and safety shoes continuously for the duration of the work shift.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1.) Performing studies and analysis on process improvements to include statistical analysis and qualitative and quantitative comparisons; 2.) Correlating information from studies into graphs, charts, and comprehensive reports; 3.) Leading the efforts in the performance of special projects including labor operations, functions, organizations and systems; 4.) Utilize complex policies and procedures pertaining to work measurement program; 5.) Providing expertise in analyzing and evaluating numerous courses of data.
