About the Position: Serves Program Manager for Soldier, Civilian and Family Programs, Headquarters Army Materiel Command, Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff, G-1.

Duties

Serve as Program Manager for Soldier, Civilian and Family Programs designed to support the personal development of the family members and other who comprise the workforce. Functions as the Command technical expert and senior analyst for the Total Army Family Program (TAFP). Reviews and analyzes all soldier and family readiness activities and programs to ensure optimum efficiency and effectiveness. Lead a staff of project and program managers, administrative personnel, and support team members.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
  • This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 15% of the time.
  • One Year probationary period may be required.
