You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the BUSINESS OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT of MY NAVY CAREER CENTER.
Duties
You will analyze findings to develop recommendations for increasing the effectiveness of internal programs or procedures.
You will interpret, analyze, and correlate statistical information about organizational mission functions, workload, or productivity.
You will advise managers on methods for improving efficiencies with new processes and procedures.
You will develop briefings to present recommendations for improvement.
You will perform studies to develop process improvement recommendations for organizational programs.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing performance metrics to measure program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement; 2) Determining method of data analysis, data collection techniques, measurement tools and data samples to compile adequate information for studies; 3) Utilizing DoD automated pay and personnel systems to collect data for research on work methods, processes and/or procedures; and 4) Preparing and delivering briefings, presentations, and reports to leadership to allow informed decision making.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience. Such education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.M., if related
