About the Position: This position will serve as a Training Technician (OA) with the 30th Air Defense Artillery Brigade, Fires Center of Excellence located at Fort Sill, Oklahoma.

Duties

Performs a wide variety of interrelated and non-standard support work. Serves as Test Control Officer for all course examinations. Serves as battalion POC for text issue matters. Generates and verifies ATRRS class rosters and distributes them within the battalion. Advises Battalion Leadership on resources issues to support training.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • Incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

Coordinate with leadership to complete tasking processes regarding air defense requirements; 2). Maintain training files for reference and statistical information to ensure continuity of air defense educational guidelines; 3). Train newly assigned military or civilian personnel on academic procedures and institutional training support requirements to ensure compliance with regulatory guidance. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-05). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Attention to DetailClericalComputer SkillsEducation and Training Program Administration Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-05).
