Duties
Responsible for the management and execution of business activities.
Responsible to supervise and oversee significant and extensive coordination and integration of a number of important programs involving managerial, administrative, and technical work.
Makes decisions on technical and personnel problems presented by subordinate supervisors.
Exercises broad delegated authority for planning, directing, and evaluating the command’s financial and human resources activities.
Responsible to oversee and assure unity of the command's high visibility, dynamic and diverse business and planning programs, functions and processes into a single command strategy.
Serves as the senior Training Analyst (PSYOP Collective Training), subject matter expert), technical authority, and advisor on PSYOP collective training requirements for the PSYOP Proponent Director, Training Development Division.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Incumbent must obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET/SCI security clearance.
- This is a drug testing designated position. In accordance with AR 600-85, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Program, the incumbent must successfully pass a urinalysis screening prior to the appointment and periodically thereafter.
- 10% TDY travel is required.
- A one year probation to assess your ability to perform supervisory duties is required unless previously completed.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes exercising delegated authority for planning, directing, and evaluating the command's financial and human resources activities. Determining organization goals, develops plans, formulates, defends, and justifies personnel and financial resources, and approves distribution of resources to support the enterprise. Providing the the management and execution of business activities, battle-rhythm, routine reports, unit readiness, admin actions, critical support services, and long-range strategic planning. Providing critical support services, advice, and guidance through subordinate elements, to all elements within the command and subordinate units at various geographic locations. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13).
