The Office of Administrative Operations within the Office of General Counsel is seeking a Management and Program Analyst to design, update, and maintain internal SharePoint pages and manage select content on energy.gov. The Analyst will also assist with establishing a robust records management program for GC, to include creating file plans for teams, records retention schedules, and creating records-compliant SharePoint pages.

Qualifications
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS FOR GS-12: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-11 in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as meeting ALL of the following:
Assist with designing, updating and managing content on SharePoint pages; AND
Help create file plans, records retention schedules, and performing other record management activities.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS FOR GS-13: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-12 in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as meeting ALL of the following:
Designing, updating and managing content on SharePoint pages; AND
Perform record management activities such as creating file plans and record retention schedules.

Examples of qualifying unpaid experience may include: volunteer work done through National Service programs (such as Peace Corps and AmeriCorps); as well as work for other community-based philanthropic and social organizations. Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills; and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

CTAP/ICTAP candidates: To be considered "well qualified" you must (1) meet all of the requirements as described in this section; and 2) be rated "well-qualified", which is defined as having a score of 85 or better.
