You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Commander, Navy Expeditionary Combat Command Pacific (NECCPAC), Materiel Readiness (N43) Department in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii.

Duties

You will direct facility planning, military construction (MILCON), and special projects programming, facilities repair, and maintenance. You will analyze the NECCPAC Shore Facilities planning and Programming System, Military Construction program, Special Projects program and the Facilities Sustainment, Maintenance, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM) budget execution. You will be responsible for managing facility planning products and services that support spaces and facilities occupied by NECCPAC staff and subordinate commands. You will direct facility planning, military construction (MILCON) and special projects programming, facilities repair, and maintenance. You will study proposed utilization of all existing and projected facilities as well as initiate and conduct other studies concerning those facilities. You will perform monthly inspections of NECCPAC occupied facilities as the designated Facility Manager and Fire Warden to record and report discrepancies to authority having jurisdiction and secure funding as necessary.

• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
• You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver’s license.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Monitoring and implementing facilities program budgeting, costing analysis, or resourcing management reports to improve program performance and logistics within an organization.
