About the Position: Serves as team leader in assigning work to employees on the team based on priorities jointly established with the supervisor.
Duties
Plan, develop, analyze and coordinate human resources and manpower programs
Reviews the work of team members for technical quality and provides input to performance evaluations
Provides timely advice to managers on a range of organizational planning/structure and human resource program management

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
One year of specialized experience equivalent to the DE-02 pay band (GS-11 grade level equivalent) in the Federal service which includes: 1) Providing advice or guidance on human resources programs, hiring, recruitment, retention, and policies; and 2) Gathering, analyzing, synthesizes, develops, and maintains operational, manpower, and historical data to prepare a variety of human resources reports, such as organizational structure, resources utilization, mission, function, and work processes, etc; and 3) Assists in the execution of the directorate strategic human resources management program goals and other programs to support effective HR strategies; and 4) Analyzing, interpreting, and presenting human capital data to leaders to support decision making and workforce planning.
