DCSA Counterintelligence and Insider Threat Directorate is looking for a Management and Program Analyst to join our team. The incumbent will provide valuable input and analysis to senior leaders and stakeholders through enabling support to the Directorate's diverse mission sets. Duties
As a Management and Program Analyst you will be responsible for the following duties:
-Provide Contract Management support for the DCSA Counterintelligence and Insider Threat Directorate.
-Provide advice regarding contract strategies to best accomplish project acquisition plans, assist in the establishment of source selection evaluations.
-Provide program planning support and resource management to diverse mission sets.
-Coordinate staff actions to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of operations and outcomes.
-Coordinate, update, and manage the teams SharePoint Site.
-Utilize qualitative and/or quantitative methods to assess and improve program effectiveness and improve complex management processes.

Qualifications

Applicant must have directly applicable experience that demonstrates the possession of the knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, but will clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies/knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position.
You must have specialized experience sufficient to demonstrate that you have acquired all the competencies necessary to perform at a level equivalent in difficulty, responsibility, and complexity to the next lower grade GG/GS 12 in the Federal service and are prepared to take on greater responsibility.
Generally, this would include one year or more of such specialized experience.
Specialized experience for this position includes: Knowledge and experience in analyses of program effectiveness, efficiency, cost effectiveness, schedule adherence and measurement of program accomplishments and results. Also, experience in formulating budget execution, program planning, contract management, talent acquisition, operational direction guidelines, procedures, processes, goals and objectives for the office.
Specifically you will be evaluated on the following competencies:

Education
