Duties
The physical worksite for this position is located in Alexandria, Virginia.This position is eligible for telework up to 3 days per week and reports to USPTO's Alexandria, VA. headquarters for the remaining days in the week.

Qualifications
You must meet the United States Office of Personnel Management's (OPM) qualification requirements (including specialized experience and/or educational requirements) for the advertised position. You must meet all eligibility and qualifications requirements by the closing date of the job announcement. OPM Qualifications Standards are available at Information Technology (IT) Management Series 2210 (Alternative A).
Specialized Experienceis experience that has equipped applicants with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level in the federal service. For this position, the next lower grade level is a GS-12.
Specialized experience for this position includes:
1) Experience applying IT principles, concepts, and methods and skill in evaluation, design, deployment, integration and maintaining Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems;
2) Experience in applying project management principles, methods, and practices including developing plans and schedules, defining milestones and deliverables, and monitoring and inspecting costs, work, and contractor performance;
3) Experience in working with commercial Device Enrollment Program (DEP) to deliver mobile device provisioning, deployment, and support and working with mobile device management features to secure and manage mobile devices across an enterprise; and
4) Experience in implementing and managing the deployment of Desktop as a Service (DaaS) and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
The incumbent must possess the following Information Technology related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below:
