You will serve as an Administrative Assistant (OA) in the JAG Consolidated Administrative Business (JCAB) Office of NLSC.
Duties
You will conduct periodic reviews for the purpose of closing outstanding purchase/delivery orders.
You will track procurement actions to ensure timely and delivery of materials to respective activities.
You will review all travel authorizations and vouchers to ensure compliance with business rules, applicable travel regulations and budget execution.
You will issue travel cards, authorize increases to cards, activate/deactivate cards as appropriate, and in accordance with the applicable guidelines.

- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

- This position requires the ability to type at least 40 words per minute. Your response to the typing skill question on the Occupational Questionnaire will be used in your qualification determination.
- You may be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-06) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing some or all of the following: 1) Completing procurement transactions for supplies, equipment, and services; 2) Reconciling bank statements to ensure accuracy of records and disputing transactions; 3) Operating automated systems to review and prepare travel authorizations, documents, vouchers and claims; 4) Tracking procurement transactions to ensure timely delivery of materials; and 5) Entering, correcting, changing, and/or maintaining information in financial data systems;
