You will serve as a PROGRAM SUPPORT ASSISTANT (DMHRSi) in the Human Resources Department (HRD), Directorate for Administration of NMRTC BREMERTON WA.
Duties
You will ensure coordination of information between the program administrator and module teams to align efforts for maximum data quality assurance.
You will be responsible for the in-processing and out-processing of all personnel to ensure that personnel are being tracked and captured by pertinent departments and data systems.
You will provide planning, management, technical guidance, and consultative assistance relating to the activities, processes, analysis, and evaluation of pertinent program elements, manpower issues, and data integrity of human resources information.
You will input, maintain, evaluates and compare pertinent data and information.
You will evaluate and monitor weekly reports from the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery’s DMHRSi Reporting Access website to discover, report and rectify discrepancies.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-06) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Using concepts, procedures, policies as they relate to use of automated human resources (HR) management software application(s), (e.g. Defense Medical Human Resources System Internet (DMHRSi) is a Joint medical COTS software application), designed to manage essential HR information and/or to retrieve/create reports;
Utilizing data collection and statistical analysis techniques used in special tasking, reports, and guidelines;
Applying fact-finding and investigate technique relating to the activities, processes, analysis, and evaluation of pertinent program elements, manpower issues, and data integrity of human resources information with the organization and auxiliary units , (e.g. Naval Hospital Bremerton (NHB) and Naval Branch Health Clinic (NBHCs);
Analyzing problems, recognizing significant aspects, reaching conclusions, and presenting recommendations relational to the gathering of information based on regulation or policy, historical background and management principles; AND
Interfacing with dissimilar staff members, (e.g. all levels of military and civilian personnel), both internal and external to the organization, (e.g. command), to coordinate and resolve human resources (HR) management software application, (e.g. DMHRSi), personnel issues.
