You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the GUAM PROGRAM MANAGEMENT OFFICE (GPMO) of NAVAL FACILITIES ENG SYSTEMS COMMAND PAC.
8.9% COLA will be added to the salary.
Duties
You will review, analyze, edit, and consolidate budget submission and data calls.
You will develop and assist with the development of formal briefing and presentations of the budget to management and operating officials.
You will provide profession expertise to the customer to identify funding/ resource requirements.
You will analyze new or proposed regulations, policies, procedures, and delegation of authority to determine impact on program operations and management.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on commercial aircraft for extended periods of time
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector 1) Assisting with the development of budget submissions, data calls and administration of the budget ensuring that budget formulation assumptions, financial management analysis, and recommendations are in accordance with all applicable programs, guidance, polices, and procedures; 2) Receiving, processing, and tracking funds in accordance with program policies, procedures, guidance, and NAVFAC financial systems to ensure accurate and complete reporting; 3) Responding to data calls, reporting requirements, and analyzing financial data to identify problems, resolve discrepancies, and make sound decisions or recommendations on alternative solutions or methods; and 4) Experience working in NAVFAC software and collaboration tools; such as Excel, Pivot Tables, CFMS, SLDCADA, PIEE, WAWF, MAXIMO, ieFACMAN and other systems needed to meet program and execution goals.
