You will serve as a PROGRAM SPECIALIST in the Sexual Assault Prevention Response of HQ US MARINE CORPS.
Duties
You will conduct assessments of administration and operations, including on-site reviews.
You will interpret requirements contained in policy, planning, and programming guidance.
You will be the responsible point of contact for Marine Corps SAPR policy which includes the following duties: coordinates and execute strategic goals, plans and initiative; realign, restructure and reengineer short- and long-term initiatives.
You will resolve contingencies and implantation problems, develop comprehensive program policies; analyze, review, edit and write documentation as required; develop, compile and analyze data for reports.
You will assist in determining the need for written policies and procedures, oversee the development of policies and procedures, and reviewing and recommending approval upon completion.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS 11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: developing new and revised operating procedures and standards; researching and implementing successful data collection techniques; AND conducting presentations before a wide range of audiences.
