This position is located in the Corporate University, Dallas Regional Office of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and provides support in the areas of training and employee development.

Qualifications
Qualifying experience may be obtained in the private or public sector. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic, religious/spiritual; community; student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Additional qualifications information can be found here.
To qualify for the CG-09 grade level, applicants must have completed at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the 07 grade level or above in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as experience assisting with administering of courses, programs, or projects in support of employee training and development including scheduling classes, communicating with participants, and managing logistics. OR
EDUCATION: Education may be substituted for experience in qualifying for this position. If qualifying based on education, applicant must possess: a master's degree or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree; or a LLB or JD, in a related field. OR
Combination of education and experience: A combination of graduate level education beyond the first full year of graduate level education, and specialized experience as described above, that together meet the qualification requirements for this position.
