This position is located in the Office of Transit Safety & Oversight (TSO), Stakeholder Engagement Division, TSO-1.2. This incumbent serves as a Division Chief responsible for developing and implementing short and long-term strategic stakeholder communication plans, developing and monitoring website content, and engaging in event planning and preparation, implementation, and evaluation of the full array of the office’s outreach and education initiatives and events.

Qualifications
To meet the minimum qualifications for this position, you must meet the specialized experience qualifications for the grade at which you are requesting consideration.To qualify for the Grade 15, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equal or equivalent to the GS-14, it must include:
Experience planning, organizing, and developing strategies, and administering activities related to promoting public understanding, support, and awareness of an organization’s policies and programs.
Experience managing operations across an organization and implementing multiyear and longer-range work plans developed by working across organizational boundaries to support outreach efforts.
Experience developing media outreach, informational data, exchanging information, and briefings to provide information to other organizations.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
