As a Program Analyst, you will performs administrative work and analysis in one or more of the following areas: personnel management/administration, organizational design, workforce development, budgeting and financial management, procurement and contracting, business strategy, information technology, property management, and/or supply. Location of position: National Capital Region, (NCR), Public Buildings Service (PBS), Office of Acquisition, Washington, DC

  • US Citizenship or National (Residents of American Samoa and Swains Island)
  • Meet all eligibility criteria within 30 days of the closing date
  • Register with Selective Service if you are a male born after 12/31/1959
  • Meet time-in-grade within 30 days of the closing date, if applicable

Qualifications

For a brief video on creating a Federal resume, click here.  The GS-12 salary range starts at $99,200 per year.   SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: To qualify, you must have at least one year of experience equivalent to the GS-11 in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as reviewing information, reconciling conflicting data, and devising new or modified methods to analyze findings; providing statistical analyses, correlations and identification of indicators and drivers impacting business activities and strategies; presenting statistical conclusions ensuring the validity of results; defining measurements and determining the most efficient approach to the collection of quantitative data to resolve program issues.
