You will serve as a BRANCH HEAD in the LIVE VIRTUAL CONSTRUCTIVE TRAINING DIVISION, RANGE SYSTEMS ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CTR CORONA DIV, located in Norfolk, Virginia or San Diego, California.
Duties
You will be responsible for the execution of the branch's day to day operations and ensure the delivery of quality products on time and within budget.
You will supervise subject matter experts responsible for information management systems, spectrum management, local registration authority, cyber validations and compliance, and training command requirements support.
You will provide and monitor program health, as well as advise Enterprise Services Managers on technical, schedule and resource issues that impact program performance.
You will provide input into budget data calls with specific knowledge and understanding of impact statements and justifications as required.
You will establish objectives, set priorities, use internal controls, goal setting techniques, delegation, and team building to effectively manage the branch.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalency) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing program requirements and resources (e.g. manpower, budget) to identify gaps and develop process improvements for an organization.
