You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Director for Administration, Human Resources Department of NAVMED OPER TRNG CENTER.
Duties
You will assist employees by answering general inquiries on all administrative and civilian award programs.
You will prepare correspondence, reports, and others documents in draft and final form using appropriate software.
You will provide administrative support to other headquarter directorates in absence of other designated clerical personnel and at supervisor's discretion.
You will analyze and recommend solutions to problems in administrative procedures, work processes, and civilian personnel programs.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience using an automated system (e.g., management information system, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) to extract information.
Experience in establishing, maintaining, correcting and closing pay accounts.
Experience preparing reports and maintaining documents in electronic files for easy retrieval.
Experience working with Defense Medical Human Resources System Internet (DMHRSI).
Experience reviewing forms and instructions ensuring they are approved and controlled.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Master's or equivalent graduate degree
or
2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.B. or J.D., if related
