You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGEMENT in the NAVY MUNITIONS COMMAND ATLANTIC of NMC ORD SYS ENG MGMT.
Duties
You will perform managerial duties and assist managers/supervisors in the maintenance of critical Fleet RADIAC system assets.
You will develop and provide managerial services supporting RADIAC Program System Depot operations including Depot Level Repair (DLR).
You will be responsible for management of the audit program in accordance with the RADIAC Policies and Procedures Manual.
You will execute the overall RADIAC fiscal controls, perform cost analysis, and manage the overall RADIAC Division Budget.
You will apply your working knowledge of Electronic/Electrical and Mechanical Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE).
You will coordinate investigation of defect analysis and diagnostic malfunctions and discrepancies of electronic/electrical/mechanical equipment.
You will review technical and quality inspection reports for accuracy and content.
You will develop and evaluate subordinates’ employees’ performance standards.
You will negotiate and review contracts for vendor services.
Requirements

- Must have expert working level knowledge of radiation safety regulations and the RADIAC Program processes and procedures.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver’s license.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience applying working knowledge of the NAVSEA RADIAC Program to include RADIAC Calibration Laboratory (RCL), RADIAC Calibration Standardization Program (RCSP), RADIAC Training Program (RTP), RADIAC Shipbuilding and Conversion Navy (SCN) Program and RADIAC Audit Program policies and procedures.
Experience managing fiscal controls, performing cost analysis, and managing a program budget.
Experience applying knowledge of electrical, electronic and mechanical systems.
Experience directing, coordinating, overseeing and evaluating work of subordinate personnel.
MUST HAVE EXPERT WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF RADIATION SAFETY REGULATIONS AND THE RADIAC PROGRAM PROCESSES AND PROCEDURES.
