You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the UNDERSEA SPECIAL MISSION SYSTEMS PROGRAM OFFICE (PMS390) of PEO SSN.
Duties
You will be responsible for controlling the effectiveness of Cycle Support of Special Operations Force (SOF) designated Host Submarines (HOSUB), Lockout Chamber (LOC), Lockout Trunk (LOT), and Naval Special Warfare Dry Deck Shelters (DDS) equipment.
You will provide management and technical control of submarine maintenance and modernization and Performance Monitoring and Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) to resolve technical issues and provide submarine logistics support.
You will provide program management associated with the technical direction and coordination of contractor and government organizations developing operational concepts, materials, components and systems for these assigned areas.
You will be responsible for (SOF) Undersea Mobility Systems and technical support for all matters pertaining to (SOF) Undersea Special Mission Systems.
You will manage and administer the (HOSUB) Scope of Certification Program for all Special Operations Forces capable platforms under the cognizance of PMS390.
You will develop innovative solutions to complex technical and programmatic issues and to present alternative approaches that can be balanced against cost and schedule constraints to meet overall program goals.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 (or GS-11 equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing program requirements (e.g., cost, schedule, acquisition, test and evaluation, certification, in-service support, etc.) to develop innovative solutions to technical or programmatic issues for submarine maintenance or modernization efforts.
