DCSA is looking for a Program Analyst to support the Security Programs Office in the day-to-day operations of Security Education and Training Awareness. You will also support the Security Programs Office by administering and maintaining a broad set of activities including managing website content, facilitating marketing campaigns, leading DCSA Security web and cyber team content development. • If selected, the incumbent must obtain and maintain appropriate security clearance as indicated in job announcement.
• 3 years of executive level administrative experience which includes the preparation of security procedures, development of security related training and/or policies and communication with Senior Level officials.
• Knowledge of technology as well as methods of practically integrated new capabilities in digital technology, such as audio, video, social media, online communities, blogs, and other web-based technologies.
• Experience with various security disciplines to include physical security, information security, personnel security, insider threat, mission assurance and operations security.

Specialized experience for this position includes: Demonstrated experience of information security and risk mitigation principles, theories and techniques in daily work. Demonstrated experience of the management of website content and the facilitation of marketing campaigns. Demonstrated experience of security web and cyber team content development principles. Demonstrated experience of project management methodologies, including the ability to plan, manage and maintain a complex, organization wide program over the longer term. Demonstrated experience of developing security awareness and training products.
