You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the Program Management Branch of the Portfolio Service Division of the Information Technology Department of NAVOCEANO BAY ST LOUIS.
Duties
You will assist leadership in managing the current fiscal year budget execution.
You will work with team members or project specialist to refine IT procurement process.
You will plan, coordinate, organize, implement, communicate, and track budget, procedures and financial deadlines.
You will assist in the detailed analysis of major program budget expenditures and provide and implement solutions to ensure program conformity to schedule and budget thresholds.
You will serve as a program analyst and advisor to assist in preliminary review of all proposed IT expenditures.
Requirements

- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Assisting in managing proposed IT expenditures.
Assisting with analyzing cost proposals.
Implementing policies and procedures.
Communicating orally and in writing to gather information and presenting recommendation.

Education
4-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree
