Qualifications
To qualify for this position, your resume must state sufficient experience and/or education, to perform the duties of the specific position for which you are applying.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR WG-4749-10: A specific length of training and experience is not required , but you must show evidence of training or experience of sufficient scope and quality of your ability to do the work of this position. Evidence which demonstrates you possess the knowledge, skills, and ability to perform the duties of this position must be supported by detailed description of such on your resume. Applicants will be rated in accordance with the OPM Qualifications Standard Handbook X-118C.
WG-4749-10: Follow oral or written instructions and/or work orders; Performs the full range of work involved in maintenance, and repair of HVAC equipment including plumbing and electrical work associated with Air Handling Units (AHUs), Refrigeration Systems, Pumps, Motors, Fans, Cooling Towers (fluid coolers), Condensing Boilers, Solar Water Heaters, Heat Exchangers, Compressors, Vacuums, and Building Automation Systems.
SELECTIVE PLACEMENT FACTOR: EPA Certification
This positions requires an EPA Certification for handling of refrigerants to perform the repair, overhaul, maintenance, and servicing of freezers, water coolers, air conditioning units, ventilating systems, chillers and related equipment. The EPA certification required is the Universal Certification.
