Incumbent serves as the Maintenance Mechanic Leader in the Engineering Department located at the PIHC which is part of the CRSU. The CRSU is a clinic and hospital system encompassing the PIHC, Chemehuevi Clinic, Peach Springs Clinic, Havasupai Clinic, and Moapa Clinic. Duties

Assist's and instructs maintenance team members in utilizing the CMMS to receive work order assignments and finish work orders. Assists maintenance mechanic supervisor in producing reports in the CMMS including but not limited to work order completion percentages by employee, work order completion percentage by team, accreditation compliance work order completion percentage, and technician analysis time. Provides work schedules for facilities team for maintenance mechanic's, laborer and carpenter positions. Assists the maintenance mechanic supervisor and facility manager in developing scopes of work for construction an maintenance related services and contracts. Performs maintenance mechanic tasks involving trades and crafts. Electrical Equipment Maintenance, Air Conditioning Equipment Maintenance, Boiler Plant Maintenance, Pipefitting Work, Plumbing Work, Heating Equipment Maintenance, Carpentry Work, Painting, Boiler Plant Operation, Concrete, Grounds and Landscaping, and Preventive Maintenance.
