You will serve as a COOPERATIVE PROGRAM SPECIALIST in the SECURITY COOPERATION DIVISION of HEADQUARTERS US INDO-PACIFIC COMMAND.
Duties
You will serve as the Cooperative Programs Specialist and assist with management and execution of security cooperation activities.
You will track funding allocations to support cooperative programs.
You will maintain records and organize information to prepare presentations.
You will be responsible for processing routine administrative tasks.
You will assist with appointment scheduling, meeting preparations, supply ordering, and personnel in/out-processing
You will assess with security cooperation event planning.
Requirements

Qualifications
GS-11 Level:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate performing the following duties:1) Providing administrative and management support services; 2) Composing and disseminating correspondence such as memorandums and directives derived from higher headquarters guidance; and 3) Assisting with reviewing national and regional strategy and plans.
GS-09 Level:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate performing the following duties:1) Providing basic administrative support services; 2) Reviewing and interpreting correspondence from headquarters and related correspondence.

Education

In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Successful completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
OR
Successful completion of three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree;
OR
