About the Position: This Program Analyst position is part of the Integrated Logistics Support Center (ILSC), Office of the Director, Operation Office located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland.
Duties
Assists with formulating recruitment strategies and provides support to Management throughout the recruitment process.
Plan, analyze, and review major programs associated with mission and customer funded programs.
Advise on changes to organizational structures, organizational charts to implement reorganizations or changes in program administration.
Protect all forms of classified or sensitive information in the interests of national security.
Requirements

I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-02/GS-11 level in the Federal service which includes 1) processing human resource and manpower actions; 2) collecting, reviewing, evaluating, and/or interpreting manpower data; 3) Preparing changes to organizational structures or charts to implement reorganizations/changes in funding; and 4) collaborating with external offices to support organization.

This is a DoD Civilian Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project (AcqDemo) position in the NH-03 broadband with an advertised pay range from the lowest equivalent GS-12 grade Step 1 to the highest equivalent GS-13 grade step 05 in the broadband. This position is covered by control points to account for variances in position responsibilities within the broadband. The Control Point for this position NH-03 Program Analyst is $99,200 to $133,692 including locality at the rate of 32.49%. Management will set the selectee's pay for this position within the control point salary range consistent with the qualifications and education of the selectee and the expected contribution for the position.
