Duties
Serves as a Senior Analyst responsible for performing duties that support all DLA Operational Technology (OT) / Facilities Related Control Systems (FRCS).
Conducts diverse business projects and studies involving complex and sensitive planning issues for DM Headquarters and DM Sites.
Coordinate and deliver Operational Technology cybersecurity Program Objective Memorandum (POM) budget forecasts, policy input and implementation products.
Responsible for implementation, planning, coordination and collaboration, execution monitoring, communication, training, and assistance for the DLA Enterprise-Wide OT Program.
Makes major recommendations on significant strategic program and policy issues and is responsible for management of all Plan of Action and Milestones (POAMs) and keeping implementation efforts on schedule and synchronized across the Agency.

Qualifications
To qualify for a Management Analyst (Operational Technology), your resume and supporting documentation must support:
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-14 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes:
Expert knowledge of organizational management as applied to the management of large, complex organizations, administrative management, organizational routines, administrative theories, principles, applicable policies, and concepts.
Exceptional experience and background in project management. Coordinate and execute multiple Operational Technology (OT) / Facilities Related Control Systems (FRCS) projects involving complex engineering features and requirements.
Implementing guidance, policy, reporting requirements, and oversees contract support for the site as they relate to assigned programs.
