You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the SEA 21 Directorate of the NAVSEA HQ FIELD SUPPORT.
Duties
You will serve as the Assistant Program Manager (APM) for Surface Team One (ST1).
You will work with the ST1 Leadership to establish enterprise level value and alignment between all stakeholder organizations that are involved with ST1.
You will support all ST1 participants to ensure their efforts align with the overall mission, vision and values of ST1, as approved by the ST1 Leadership (ESC/FMBOD/SFOC).
You will interface between the ST1 Knowledge Sharing Networks (KSNs) / Communities of Practice (CoPs) and ST1 ESC to facilitate improvements and maintain key knowledge to plan and execute surface ship maintenance and modernization availabilities.
You will be responsible for organizing and supporting ST1 community wide meetings and conferences.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band NH-02 (GS-11 equivalent) grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: "Analyzing data to aid management in decision-making for cross-organization processes and policy improvements and initiatives.
