Duties

Administer and evaluate the management-employee relations functions in SSO and supporting subordinate organizations. Work with staff and leadership officials to accomplish their functional responsibilities and provide staff assistance. Research facts, legal precedents, and defines the legal and factual parameters/issues of cases. Represent executives before third parties quasi-judicial boards, panels, etc.

You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Customer ServiceEmployee RelationsLabor RelationsOral Communication Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
