You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the MY NAVY CAREER CENTER.

Duties

You will design program briefs to update senior leaders on technically complex analytics information. You will analyze project operations to identify discrepancies impacting project completion (e.g., budget, schedules, tasks). You will analyze deficiencies to develop resolutions to problems. You will write reports to provide status updates.

• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Defining requirements scope to develop goals; 2) Assessing application systems to ensure compliance with federal, DoD, and DoN laws and regulations; 3) Formulating Business Case Analyses (BCAs) to identify and eliminate duplicate functionality; and 4) Analyzing infrastructures.
