You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Business Directorate of NAVAL FACILITIES ENG SYSTEMS COMMAND PAC.

Duties

You will use complex analytical techniques to create dashboards, pivot tables, cost/benefit analysis, and evaluative analysis of financial management reports and extract data from a wide variety of sources. You will prepare and present graphs, pivot tables, and narratives in addition to presenting recommendations and conclusions based upon analysis and evaluations in such form and manner that is useful to decision makers. You will review, analyze, edit, and consolidate budget submissions and data calls. You will design and develop reports that translate data into useful information tailored to audiences with varying levels of understanding of financial reports and budget execution. You will perform in-depth, detailed analysis on all aspects related to budget, execution, and affordability of workforce; gather information, identify and analyze shortfall issues, and develop recommendations to mitigate shortfalls.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
