You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT in the OFFICE OF THE JUDGE ADVOCATE GENERAL of REGION LEGAL SERVICE OFC MID-ATLANTIC.
Duties
You will procure supplies, equipment, and furniture and assists staff in obtaining supplies.
You will perform the necessary research required to obtain a quote from an authorized vendor.
You will provide bi-monthly budget reports to the commanding officer on the status of funding balances.
You will serve as the critical link between the military member, the command, and the supporting personnel support organization.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Identifying and analyzing problems to determine alternative solutions and recommendations; 2) Preparing, receiving, and verifying documents in order to maintain organized office records; and 3) Providing administrative support to an office to include compiling data or information from files, conducting reports, organizing calendars with deadlines and important dates, and similar clerical support work within an organization.
