You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Program Executive Office Unmanned and Small Combatants (PEO USC) of PEO UNMANNED AND SMALL COMBATANTS.
Duties
You will advise others based on your analytical and evaluative methods experience related to program/project management.
You will analyze and identify problems and develop/implement solutions to maximize efficiencies for funds execution and contract management to make key decisions regarding acquisition.
You will provide long range plans for the cost, performance, schedule of diverse teams and acquisition efforts within the scope of assigned areas as well as exercise significant judgment and experience to establish priorities.
You will analyze program requirements and develop recommended strategies for execution.
You will lead studies, surveys, reviews, or research projects to evaluate program accomplishments, effectiveness, or compliance with meeting specific goals, objectives, rules, and regulations.
You will perform duties as a Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for life cycle or service contracts.
You will identify and solve complex problems related to program/project management to include developing innovative support approaches to resolve identified management issues.

- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
FOR NH-03 (GS-12/13 equivalent): Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band, NH-02 (GS-11 equivalent), in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: experience analyzing and evaluating business programs or operations for the development and management of administrative and operational functions related to program/project management.
