You will serve as a SUPERVISORY SUPPLY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the NAVY MUNITIONS COMMAND of NMC ORD SYS ENG MGMT.
Duties
You will plan and manage workloads, set and adjust short and long-term priorities, and develop project completion schedules of various supply operations, property control, inventory management and procurement.
You will provide program and project management, oversight, supervision, and quality control in support of a variety of supply functions, which include Defense Property Accounting System (DPAS), and Navy Enterprise
Resource Planning (ERP).
You will be responsible for interpreting and researching supply regulations and policies to perform and manage assignments encompassing a variety of problem situations, with considerable independence.
As Branch Head, assigns duties to subordinates based on priorities, requirements, and the employee's capabilities.

You will Interview candidates for branch positions and recommend appointments, promotions, and reassignments.
You will resolve employee complaints, refer grievances and more serious unresolved complaints to higher-level management, and execute minor disciplinary measures and recommend other actions in more serious cases.
You will promote team building and utilize sound judgment in problem solving, and research or invent ways to improve productivity, reduces processing costs, and ensure the quality of branch work meets or exceeds requirements.

You will execute fiscal controls, perform cost analysis, and manage the overall NMCLANT supply chain.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS - 11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience executing fiscal controls, performing cost analysis, and managing the overall NMCLANT supply chain.
Experience performing business planning and cost analyses.
Experience planning and managing approaches to performing tasks and resolving supply chain issues or complications.
Experience preparing progess reports, point papers, and fiscal reports.
Experience performing frequent coordination efforts for project and material procurement.
Experience providing supply chain and financial reports to the Division Head, Production Branch Head, NSWC PHD, and other customers.
Experience preparing and delivering technical presentations for project sponsors.
Experience developing and planning inventory schedules.Experience coordinating Information Technology (IT) and Automated Information Technology (AIT) equipment requirements to meet mission needs and to enhance efficiency of operations.
